i was at the CHANGE CONFERENCE a couple of weeks ago with some cool people: Kary Oberbrunner, Aaron Moore, Todd Bender from Citykidz, Amy Sider, Brett Ullman , and many other awesome people. the coolest thing at this conference wasn’t listening to some amazing speakers, or even having the opportunity to speak…which was pretty cool…but instead the coolest part was seeing hundreds of students who want to see change happen.
the change that they want to see isn’t small – it’s big. it isn’t just in their lives, though that’s a start. it’s for everyone. they want to spark a change that carries to their families, friends, and the greater communities that they live in. these students want change. and they will be the change.
it was exciting to see the energy and the possibilities in a room full of student leaders. because God has created us all with a crazy-awesome-sweet purpose, He empowers us to make change happen. and because i know that to be true, i know that if those hundreds of students seek God for His help, for His plan, that the change they seek, will happen.
i’m excited to watch them. to support them. to cheer for them. and to journey through the change with them.
how are you gonna change the world?
